Is monthly support right for a small business?
It can be helpful whenever records, deadlines or regular questions take time away from running the business. We’ll discuss whether ongoing support or a one-off service is the better fit for your needs.
Does every monthly arrangement include all the services?
No. Your arrangement includes the services listed in your proposal. Bookkeeping, payroll, reporting and year-end work can be combined where relevant, so you pay for an agreed level of support.
Do I have to visit the Newport office?
You’re welcome to visit, but you can also work with Taxellence remotely. We support clients across South Wales, South West England and the wider UK.
Can I move from another accountant?
Yes. We’ll review your current arrangements, records and upcoming deadlines, then agree a handover and the start of your ongoing support. You can read more on our Switching Accountants page.
What are the commitment and cancellation terms?
These will be set out in your engagement terms before you proceed. We’ll also explain how changes to your business or the services you need may affect the scope and fee.
